EqD Pony ATG Day 10

To Equestria and Beyond!

Here is my submission for Day 10 of the Equestria Daily blog's Artist Training Ground event, which I submitted under my pseudonym "EssAeEm." The event challenges Equestria Daily [link] readers to get some practice drawing by posting daily themes based around the characters from the surprisingly awesome "My Little Pony Friendship is Magic" TV show. The theme for Day 10 was "Draw a pony dressed as a character from another show, game, or story, or draw that character as a pony," which basically means that it's crossover day. So, here's a comic featuring Rainbow Dash and Applejack in a classic scene from the classic Disney/ Pixar film "Toy Story." Of course that's faithful cowgirl Applejack as Sheriff Woody while the adventurous flight-loving Rainbow Dash is Space Ranger Buzz Lightyear. Toy Story is my favorite movie, so this was a lot of fun to imagine these two worlds colliding.

I don't know if I'll be able to take part in every day of this event, but I'll try as many as I can because I could always use more practice drawing, so keep an eye out for them in the "My EqD ATG Artwork" folder of my profile for them [link]
